Mobile Tools & StrategiesIn addition to its comprehensive website and multiple social media channels, The Ohio State University uses multiple mobile strategies to communicate with its many audiences and stakeholders (prospective students and parents, current students, alumni, employees and donors).
These activities are strategized, planned and implemented through the University Communications department. Additionally, university representatives from other divisions and departments engage in these activities. Interactive brand guidelines have been established to help employees and others outside of University Communications maintain consistency in their communication tactics. For the most part, these technologies are used to address the needs of current students and engage alumni. |
